Hofbrauhaus - Las Vegas, NV

Do you like Oktoberfest, I mean really really like Oktoberfest, like all year long? Then Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas, NV is the place for you. From cold frosty mugs of German beer to warm chewy pretzels to traditional food, it is a must stop while in Vegas.
We sat down and were immediately greeted by our waiter while the house band played German favorites over the shouts of Prost! Prost! in the background as well as the proverbial clanking of large glass stein mugs.
This was my first time here and I will readily admit we drank a lot of beer. The pretzel was a welcome alcohol absorber while we enjoyed the atmosphere.
I guess, however, what Hofbrauhaus is really known for, other than the fine German music, cuisine and atmosphere is their tradition of giving a little love tap on the fanny to those who happen to order a Jagermeister shot. Check out our video for a display of this lovely little tradition.
Overall: Hofbrauhaus in Vegas is a rowdy good time. Located just beside the Hard Rock Cafe just off the strip, it is a German delight we highly recommend checking out while in town.
Pros: great food, fun, entertainment. Live music, large beers.
Cons: loud atmosphere, not recommended for those who wish to have a quiet dinner. Drunk people.
